Summary:  This XFCN allows the HyperTalk scripter to display Help 
Balloons in a stack.  A demonstration stack, source code, and complete 
documentation is provided.
  A simple way to display Help Balloons for objects on a card.  Great way 
to aid your stack user.  Balloon location and content is controlled by 
XFCN parameters.  Various options allow you to alter the balloon shape 
and its hotrect.

Features:  This is version 1.4.  The developer CD has 1.2d1.  New 
features include supporting balloon text in a STR# resource and a fix to 
stop "Write to NIL".
